When designing a new graphics package, try to use one standard image size for replaceable image elements. This allows the artists to make one image that can be utilized in multiple types of graphics.
For instance, a headshot image can be used in a full screen, over-the-shoulder, or monitor graphic just by altering the scale and position of the image on your Lyric templates.
